What opening a school looks like.
The web portal handles setup and administration. Once the school structure exists, coaches and athletes use the focused tools built for their jobs.
Add programs
Choose from the approved sport catalog, then create each team without inventing duplicate sport names.
Assign leaders
Invite Athletic Directors, Team Owners, head coaches, assistants, and strength staff with role-based access.
Build rosters
Add or import athletes. Matching names inside one school connect to the same player identity and access code.
Start coaching
Coaches publish schedules, workouts, bullpens, practices, and plays. Players see only their active teams.
Important:Team creation, school settings, billing, and other maintenance stay in the secure web portal. The mobile app begins after setup and stays focused on coaching and player use.

A player does not need a different identity for baseball, basketball, and wrestling. True Seam connects the athlete at the school level while each sport controls whether that athlete is currently active.

- The same code follows the athlete across teams at the same school.
- Names are normalized so capitalization does not create duplicate players.
- Inactive status applies by sport; an athlete can be active in one season and inactive in another.
- Players see only teams where they are currently active.
- Coaches can view and regenerate codes from the roster when assisting an athlete in person.
- A player code never grants coach, school-administration, or billing access.
